Agreement scope and service definitions

SafariDesk includes marketing websites, documentation, trial and paid cloud workspaces, self-hosted distributions, and operational support services. By accessing or using these services, you accept these terms.

Accounts, workspace access, and security

You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, and all actions performed within your workspace. You must promptly notify SafariDesk if you suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage, or security incidents.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload malware, exploit payloads, or harmful scripts.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to SafariDesk infrastructure or other customer workspaces.
  • Do not use SafariDesk for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Do not bypass documented limits for API, automation, or integration features.

Subscriptions, billing, and plan changes

Paid plans are billed according to your selected package and billing cycle. Plan upgrades or downgrades may change billing amounts, limits, and support terms. You are responsible for taxes and valid payment details.

Service availability and support commitments

SafariDesk continuously maintains and improves platform reliability, performance, and security. Maintenance windows, uptime objectives, and response times may vary by plan tier and deployment model.

Customer data ownership and processing

Customers retain rights to their workspace content. SafariDesk processes customer data only as required to provide, secure, and support the service, and as otherwise permitted by applicable agreements and law.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

SafariDesk software, branding, documentation, and service materials remain SafariDesk property unless explicitly stated otherwise. Each party must protect confidential information received from the other party.

Suspension, termination, and legal contact

SafariDesk may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create significant legal or security risk. For legal questions, contact [email protected] with subject line "Legal / Terms Inquiry".
